THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS : SURF TRIP TO LOMBOK START 18th of March
Alright, here is the deal. We have been based in Lombok for a while now - surfing, scouting, making friends, figuring out where the best waves are and where to escape the crowds. Lombok is no secret. It's one of the best places in Indonesia for surfing especially for beginner to intermediate levels. And because of that, yeah - it gets busy. But we are not here for the packed lineups. We are chasing the waves beyond that. We are keeping it SMALL - max 6 people and taking the kind of trip that is all about surf, proper progression and just good times with good people.
Vietnam Meets Lombok : WHY THIS TRIP EXISTS?
If you know us, you know we run Mui Ne Local Surf School in Vietnam. A huge part of our crew is Vietnamese surfers / many of whom have never traveled outside of Vietnam for waves. We want to change that.
Tuan ( the head coach and owner of MuineLocal) has been coming to Indo since 2015-16. Now, we are connecting the dots - bringing the Vietnam surf scene to Lombok, while also keeping the vibe open for anyone who shares the same stoke, FOR SHURE!
This is not some big, commercial surf retreat. It is a mission - for those who want to surf more, explore more, and experience more than just their home breaks.
WHAT IS THE PLAN?
WE SURF. A LOT. Uncrowded waves, longer rides, better conditions.
Advanced beginners to advanced surfers only. You need to paddle, catch your own waves, and handle yourself in the water. No complete beginners this time.
Custom Coaching, if you want guidance, we have some of the best local Lombok coaches ready.
Tuan is surfing, not coaching. If you are at his level, go shred with him. If you are still progressing, we will hook you up with the right coach.

Accomodation: Stay together, but your way
We are keeping this trip as close - knit as possible, so we will be booking accomodation together - that way, we surf together, chill together, and just make the whole experience better.
That said, we get that everyone has different budgets and preferences, so we are keeping it flexible:
